B Team Off To A Mixed Start
The King's Lynn Senior B Team had their first outing of the season at Plymouth's home tournament, which was held at Ross Peers Sports Centre.

The first game was against quite a strong Colchester side. The game was very tight throughout though the difference was that Colchester managed to bury some of their opportunities and to finish the game as 3-0 winners.

The next game was against an in form Norwich team who had won their first two games. Another close game saw Lynn hit back quickly after conceeding an early goal. King's Lynn were then given a great opportunity to take the lead through a direct free hit after a Norwich player was Blue carded, however the opportunity was missed and Norwich went on to take a 3-2 half time lead. King's Lynn came out in the second half with determination, however it was Norwich who again struck first, before Lynn then scored again to keep the difference to only one goal. It wasn't enough as Norwich scored twice more before Lynn scored again towards the end. Final score 6 - 4 to Norwich.

Plymouth, the tournament hosts were the final opponents of the day. Lynn, determined to take something away from the day passed the ball confidently and eventually managed to score two quick goals. Going into the break Lynn had a 3-1 lead and they carried this momentum through to the second half where the goals flowed a bit easier. Lynn finally winning the match 7-2.
